MRI

Hurley recently added a new state-of-the art MRI with advanced capabilities and a larger opening so that virtually all patients are comfortable. The MRI can safely and comfortably accomodate patients from neonate to adult, including sedation for pediatric patients. Radiology & Nuclear Medicine

Diagnostic studies including chest x-rays, spine x-rays, extremity x-rays, and skull x-rays are available on a walk-in basis. To schedule a Diagnostic Radiology exam or Nuclear Medicine Procedure, please call (810) 262-9194.

Exams that require pre-boarding are:

• All CT exams
• Barium Studies
• IVP and Cystograms (anesthesia offered for pediatric cystograms)
• Hysterosalpingograms
• Myelograms

All Nuclear Medicine procedures must be scheduled.

Interventional Radiology

Hurley Medical Center offers a full range of minimally invasive treatments with board certified interventional radiologists, including:

• Peripheral Arterial Disease Treatment
• Uterine Fibroid Embolization
• Line Insertions
• Medports

Our interventional radiology team will keep you fully informed of your patients' outcomes. Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound

Hurley Medical Center provides a high level of service to meet your patient’s needs. Scans are performed by American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine sonographers and read by a Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physician.
