Dec. 20-Rabbi Karen Companez of Flint's Temple Beth El visited Hurley Medical Center December 20th to ring in the Hanukkah holiday.

Rabbi Companez lit the menorah in the Main Lobby, representing the first night of Hanukkah.

The event was open to the public and was covered by the Flint Journal, NBC25 and WNEM-TV5 (CBS). Gelt (chocolate coins) were handed out to those in attendance.
