Did you know Hurley has a room where you can hang out, play, and forget that you’re in the hospital?

If you’re 10 or older, there’s a special place where you can forget your tests and treatments, just have fun and be a kid. It’s called the Xbox Room, it’s on the 9th floor, and if you haven’t been, you’ve got to check it out.

The Xbox Game Room Makeover

In 2009, Microsoft®offered to donate an Xbox Game Room Makeover (featuring an Xbox 360 Elite console) to the top three vote-getting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in an online contest. In no time at all, Hurley’s effort to win the contest went viral! Over six weeks, Hurley employees, their friends and family, and their friends and family voted and voted and voted.

The result? Against all odds, Hurley came in 1st place with 2,156,400 votes! This was truly a David vs. Goliath story, and nothing short of a miracle.
